Assist to handle port formalities(inward/outward clearance) and coordinate with port authorities, terminals, and other concerned parties for smooth port operations
Oversee and update vessel’s schedule and movements to all concerned parties, including bunker suppliers and any other suppliers, surveyors, engineers
Assist to handle owners matters, such as crew change, CTM, UWI/C, superintendent attendance, Store/spare supply
Assist to handle and arrange and coordinate other port operations and services
Handle owners matters related to MPA flag state administration and documentation
Assist to handle and coordinate Survey/Inspection
Prepare quotations to principals for the required service and compile, check, and issue FDA with supporting invoices
Assist to collect invoices and maintain record
Perform ad hoc duties as required by managers
Requirements:
Good team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in Shipping/Logistics, or a related field. Relevant experience in Shipping will be a strong advantage
Good knowledge of MPA, ICA and local port authorities’ rules and requirements
Computer skills and Problem-solving skills and positive attitude
