Location: North East, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for schools and stakeholders on all facilities management matters.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works across assigned schools.
• Ensure all maintenance services are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate infrastructure improvement projects with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct site supervision, monitor contractors' work quality, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Support site measurements, inspections, documentation, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update the centralized Facilities Management System.
• Monitor service standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Build strong relationships with school representatives by providing timely updates and resolving operational issues.
• Support staff onboarding and participate in regular training to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or a similar role.
• Experience in educational institutions or public sector facilities management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
• Comfortable travelling to various school sites across Singapore.
