GUL CIRCLE | WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR & ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

Location: 7 Gul Circle

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

$1,800 – $2,000/month

Job Scope:

• Administrative support for order fulfilment & deliveries
• Data entry & order processing
• Update records in WMS
• Coordinate with internal & external parties
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Ensure warehouse safety & compliance
• Maintain housekeeping & equipment condition
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• May require overseas travel for work assignments

Requirements:

• GCE N Levels or above
• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
• Basic knowledge of warehouse & logistics operations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Good attention to detail & able to follow SOPs

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

$2,000 – $2,500/month

Job Scope:

• Maintain cranes, machinery & warehouse equipment
• Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues & breakdowns
• Liaise with contractors & in-house teams on repairs
• Provide technical support during emergencies
• Guide & train new technicians on SOPs
• Manage manpower & resources across assigned facilities
• Ensure equipment is maintained properly
• Maintain safety, cleanliness & housekeeping standards
• May require overseas travel for work assignments

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / Technical Institute / relevant technical certification or above
• Minimum 3 years of technician experience
• Basic repair & maintenance knowledge
• Good communication & listening skills
• Detail-oriented & able to follow procedures
• Able to complete maintenance reports & documentation
• Comfortable working at heights with proper PPE & safety compliance
