What you will be doing:

Collaborate with IKEA ID team on specifying gas kitchen appliances for customers and cross sell gas water heater and clothes dryer
Co-ordinate with the team on installation and turn-on process for customers
Service walk-in customer enquiries and phone enquiries
Explain product information as well as communicate the use of all products in the most professional and efficient way
Achieve individual sales targets
Participate in outdoor sales activities and roadshows when required
Any other related duties by the supervisor

What we are looking for:

Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment)
Sales and results driven, self-motivated and customer-centric
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on 6-days work week which includes weekends and public holidays
