Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate rolling forecasts, analyzing variances between planned and actual performance.

• Design and enforce policies to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and prevent fraud.

• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and serve as the primary liaison for external auditors.

• Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled properly.

• Provide executive leadership with financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or above in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is standard.

• Professional designations such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly preferred.

• Typically requires 5–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance management.

• Proficiency in the accounting system (Kingdee) and advanced data analytics tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to translate complex "numbers" for non-financial stakeholders.

• Familiar with regulations in both Mainland China and Hong Kong, with experience in handling corporate finances and consolidated financial statements for both regions.

• Experience in a listed company accounting is preferred.
