Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of maintenance activities for operational and engineering systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

• Assist in monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various operational, communications, and monitoring systems.

• Participate in system evaluations, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain engineering, maintenance and operational records and documentation.

• Support the implementation of established procedures and practices to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in quality management activities, including audits, documentation control, and process improvement initiatives.

• Liaise and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to facilitate maintenance, enhancement, and project activities.

• Provide technical support and contribute to operational improvement projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Automation, Communications or equivalent)

• Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) or equivalent

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in engineering systems/ operational technology / infrastructure system maintenance and support.

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant safety requirements would be an advantage.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic operating environment.
