Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, providing high-touch service, and driving sales performance in alignment with individual and team targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail (fashion experience is preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for luxury brands and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Associate (Customer Service Excellence):
  Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences.

• CRM & Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients using effective CRM practices, ensuring consistent client engagement and follow-up.

• Sales Performance:

Requirements

• Experience:
  Experience in luxury retail, with fashion experience preferred.
