As a Product Designer, you wil work within a Product Delivery Team fused with UX, engineering, product and data talent. You willhelp the team design beautiful interfaces that solve business challenges for our clients. We work with a number of Tier 1 banks onbuilding web-based applications for AML, KYC and Sanctions List management workflows. This role is ideal if you are looking tosegue your career into the FinTech or Big Data arenas.

• Diploma or above in Machinery Management or Textile
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, in which at least 5 years in managerial level
• In-depth knowledge of printing on garment accessories or packaging is a must
• Familiar with international quality requirement standards
• Excellent leadership, project management, communication and presentation skills
• Good technical sense
• Be resourceful, energetic, well-organized, analytical and good business acumen
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English
• Willing to station in Vietnam Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth workflow of the department
• Train and develop the team to improve their technical skill sets and monitor the technical aspects of printing
• Manage and own the overall product development process from quality design to mass production and meet the schedules
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department from sample development to mass production
• Monitor & control the product quality
