We are seeking a highly motivated, independent individual to join our risk management team. As part of the risk management team, you will assist the team on the firm’s ethical and risk matters.

Job Duties:

Firmwide New Client Onboarding

• Assist with client onboarding background checks

Staff Independence

• Track completion and perform checks on independence declaration made by new joiners and existing staff
• Perform verification to supporting documents

Training

• Assist with training materials development
• Track staff training completion

Reporting

• Prepare information for reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Collate information for internal and external reviews.

Others

• Assist with the organisation of policies, procedures, templates and practice aids
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business or relevant discipline
• Keen interest in the international development of the risk management profession
• Basic understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and auditing standards.
• Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

*We are looking for interns who can commit for around 6 months on a part-time internship (3 days a week)!
