• Manage day-to-day shipping operations for import and export shipments
• Arrange and coordinate shipping and inland logistics schedules
• Handle customs clearance and liaise with internal operations teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of shipping and trade documentation
• Provide timely updates on shipping schedules to clients
• Meet operational deadlines, submissions, and itinerary schedules
• Communicate effectively with clients, forwarding agents, shipping lines, haulage and trucking providers
• Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle sales-related documentation (BL, Invoice, DO, CN/DN, SOA, SO, etc.)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
