Job Summary

The Technician is responsible for carrying out installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and mechanical systems. The role requires ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to scheduled maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on HVAC equipment.
• Replace defective parts and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records after each job.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and company tools/equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service activities.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
