Job Description:
- Under the guidance of the master production plan, formulate weekly/daily production operation schedules for all branch plants (Special Materials and Casting), ensuring plan feasibility.
- Issue production orders to workshops/teams in all branch plants, clarify task requirements, and track the execution status in real-time.
- Conduct on-site scheduling and coordination to resolve issues in the production process (e.g., material preparation, equipment operation, inter-process connection) to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor the production progress of all branch plants in real-time, collect data on output, equipment efficiency, and on-time completion rate.
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify and correct violations of operating procedures, and report major anomalies (e.g., equipment downtime, quality deviations).
- Accurately record and report daily production data, providing primary data for the Master Planner's analysis; regularly prepare production reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Serve as the communication bridge between the Production Planning Department and all branch plants, ensuring smooth information flow.
- Coordinate resources within branch plants (manpower, equipment, materials) to meet production schedule requirements; assist in coordinating with auxiliary departments such as quality inspection and maintenance to resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Coordinate the relationship between production and departments such as sales, procurement, and warehousing to ensure smooth production and delivery processes.
- Be responsible for the statistics and analysis of key production indicators (KPIs), such as output, on-time delivery rate, equipment utilization rate.
- Assist in preparing performance analysis reports to provide data support for management decision-making.
- Participate in establishing and maintaining a production data management system to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Participate in process optimization projects for production management and propose improvement suggestions.
- Assist in formulating and improving work instructions related to production planning and scheduling.
- Authority to arrange and adjust daily production operations within all branch plants as per the plan.
- Authority for on-site production coordination and command within all branch plants.
- Suggestion rights for resource coordination and performance assessment within branch plants.
- Authority to require relevant departments and production units to provide production-related data.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields.
- More than 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, site management, or process technology in a manufacturing environment; experience in the special alloys or casting industry is preferred.
- Familiar with production processes and equipment in the special metallurgy and casting industries.
