HR Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents/letters.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations.
- Coordinate training and staff development activities.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal processes.
- Manage foreign worker documentation, permit renewals, and related compliance (if applicable).
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist with disciplinary matters and grievance handling.
- Support company events, employee engagement activities, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources field.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
- Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Experience using HRMS or payroll software.
- Experience handling foreign workers and government-related HR submissions.
- Knowledge of SOCSO (PERKESO), EPF (KWSP), EIS, PCB and HRDF processes.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
