ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for dedicated Client Advisors to help us build strong relationships with potential customers through interaction at events and consultation sessions. If you have great communication skills and are comfortable showcasing learning products and services to families, parents, students and teachers, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the company in campaigns, exhibitions, conferences and dedicated events
• Actively seek out new clients through one-on-one networking
• Set up meetings with potential clients, paying close attention to questions and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Handle clients’ complaints and objections, negotiate win-win proposals and close deals
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers to share with internal teams for continuous improvements

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• English and Mandarin languages required
• Socially adept with strong communication skills
• Good in time management and meeting deadlines
• Able to handle stress and working under pressure
• Having own transport is an advantage
