Position: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, Office (Monday–Wednesday), Remote (Thursday–Friday)

Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support multiple clients across Banking, Software, Consulting, and Technology industries. You will specialize in sourcing and hiring niche technology professionals while working closely with the Recruitment and Account Management teams to deliver high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche IT roles across multiple client accounts.
• Source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Account Management teams through daily alignment calls to understand hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while providing regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Experience hiring niche technology professionals across Banking, Software, Consulting, or Technology sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
