HFG’s services include portfolio management, corporate and trust services, investment savings plans, tax planning, life and general insurance, MPF advisory, and business broking. HFG is registered and regulated by the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission, Professional Insurance Brokers Association and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. THE HARRIS FRASER GROUP (HFG) is currently expanding and is looking to develop their client servicing teams. The positions we are currently looking to fill are as follows:

Responsibilities :
Responsible for daily accounting duties, including accounts payable, bank reconciliation and data entry

Handle monthly commission calculations and payments

Preparation of financial statements

Provide support in month-end closing and annual audit

Support ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Studies or related discipline

2 years of insurance company or broker experiences preferable

Detail-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience in FlexSystem is a plus

Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Fresh graduate will also be considered
