The Role

• Manage and oversee banquet events to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Service and Culinary teams to deliver events according to guest requirements and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Lead pre-event briefings and ensure function spaces are set up to the highest standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor staffing, inventory, equipment, and operational costs to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service excellence.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal departments and event stakeholders.
  
  

Talent Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations, event management, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel operation systems such as Opera and Infrasys is an advantage.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing teams.
