About Us

Smuk Living brings Scandinavian-inspired furniture, home accessories, and lighting to homes across Malaysia. We're looking for a detail-oriented, accounting-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis, handling day-to-day accounting data entry using Bukku.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accounting records/transactions accurately in Bukku
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Generate and issue e-Invoices promptly, in compliance with LHDN requirements
• Reconcile data entries and flag discrepancies where needed
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping or data entry required
• Familiarity with Bukku (or similar cloud accounting software) is a strong advantage
• Immediate readiness to handle e-Invoicing is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with a flexible, part-time, hybrid schedule
