Salary:

RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research

• Research potential customers by analyzing their production processes and identifying opportunities where our products can be applied.
• Monitor industry trends and market demand to forecast product sales potential through online research and customer feedback.
• Gather market intelligence to support business development strategies.

Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify potential customers, particularly those with engineering and technical requirements.
• Generate and share qualified leads with the external sales team for follow-up.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective customers.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer requirements and align them with our product capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop the most suitable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Technical Consultation

• Support the external sales team by organizing and leading technical discussions with customers.
• Work with end users to understand production challenges, process parameters, and validation requirements.
• Recommend suitable technical solutions based on customer applications and internal case studies.

Technical Proposal Development

• Prepare technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Recommend equivalent product specifications where appropriate.
• Assist in developing customer-specific product customization and technical specifications.

Technical Knowledge & Training

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of customer production processes and product applications.
• Understand industry standards, product specifications, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct internal product and application training for colleagues across different industries.

Requirements:

• Background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years working experience in Technical (Engineering) background
• Familiarity with the filtration industry will be an added advantage
