Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tender and project purposes.
Source, evaluate, and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare cost comparisons and recommendation reports for tender evaluation and procurement.
Assist in tender submissions, contract documentation, and project cost estimation.
Prepare Letters of Award (LOA), subcontract agreements, and other contract-related documents.
Prepare, verify, and process subcontractors' progress payment certificates, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and contractual matters to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
Maintain proper documentation and records of contracts, cost reports, and project correspondence.
Perform other contract administration and Quantity Surveying-related duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
Fresh graduates in Quantity Surveying are encouraged to apply.
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying.
Knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BQ), tendering, cost estimation, subcontract administration, variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
