Office Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

What we need you to do?

• Able to involve in inventory management.
• Monitor on daily basis - inventory level, inventory movement & purchasing
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate work tasks.
• Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock issuance to projects, technicians, or sales orders
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and other necessary reports.
• Update inventory records within assigned system or manual controls
• Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

What we need from you?

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/ Diploma.
• Required skills): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Min 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
• Fresh grad are welcome to apply!

• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency and with enthusiastic personality in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
