Job Scope of a Spa Consultant

Experience in Beauty & Spa industry or similar.

Assess customers' needs, preferences, and wellness concerns.

Recommend suitable spa treatments, packages, and products.

Promote spa services, memberships, and treatment packages.

Achieve sales targets set by management.

Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.

Ensure treatment rooms and therapists are allocated efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professional

Maintain accurate customer records and treatment histories.

Stay updated on spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness trend

Ensure customers receive a smooth and pleasant spa experience.

On job training is provided.Hostel is provided for outstation staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
