Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational, technical, and customer-related issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with Principals, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and allocate resources, manpower, and time efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide regular updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports and present findings to customers and management.
• Support business planning activities by evaluating existing facilities and systems and recommending improvements.
• Participate in process evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the introduction and implementation of new products and services, ensuring smooth deployment and customer support.
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and resolve problems on time.
• Implement decisions, procedures, and initiatives that support workplace safety and process improvement.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma, Degree, Professional Certificate (e.g., SKM), or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial products, heavy machinery, light machinery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel as required for business purposes.
