Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, inspection and regular maintenance for various forklifts, including electric, lithium battery and fuel forklifts.
• Provide on-site service, emergency repair, fault diagnosis and parts replacement at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, electrical and controller-related faults.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair reports and maintenance documentation.
• Manage and maintain tools, workshop equipment and service-related items properly.
• Support the sales team in equipment delivery, commissioning and basic technical handover.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out safely and professionally.
• 负责各类叉车的故障检修、点检维护及定期保养，包括电动叉车、锂电叉车及燃油叉车。
• 前往客户现场进行上门维修、抢修、故障诊断及配件更换。
• 能够判断并处理液压、电路、控制器等相关故障。
• 负责维修记录、保养报告及相关文件登记。
• 妥善管理维修工具、车间设备及相关维修物品。
• 配合销售团队完成设备交付、现场调试及基础技术交接。
• Job Requirements / 任职要求
• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Relevant experience in forklift repair, industrial equipment maintenance, automotive repair, machinery repair or heavy equipment service is preferred.
• Experience in forklift maintenance is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of lithium battery forklift systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical circuits and controller-related issues independently.
• Strong hands-on ability and good problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for field service.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• SPM / 技术证书 / Diploma，汽车维修、机械、电气、机电一体化或相关专业优先。
• 有叉车维修、工业设备维修、汽车维修、机械维修或重型设备维修经验者优先。
• 有叉车维修经验者优先考虑。
• 懂锂电叉车系统者优先。
• 能独立判断液压、电路、控制器等故障。
• 动手能力强，具备良好的故障分析及解决能力。
• 持有有效驾驶执照，能接受外勤上门维修。
• 有责任心、纪律性强，能独立完成维修任务。
• 确保所有维修及保养工作符合安全及专业要求。

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
