Basic Qualification:

Degree in Operation, Business Administration or any equivalent

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions.
• Support performance monitoring by tracking and analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Assist in managing resources, including manpower, finances, and materials, to maximize productivity.
• Participate in budget creation, implementation, and monitoring to ensure cost-effective operations.

Key Duties:

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance standards and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, etc.) to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Act as liaison between employees, management, vendors, and customers to facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety, and Halal standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning by developing and implementing actionable operational plans.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
