Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Research & Development, Technical, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of PPAP, QMS, or manufacturing quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to facilitate coordination with internal teams and business stakeholders).

ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Innovation

• Conduct feasibility studies for new product designs, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and improve products through material testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including PPAP, work instructions, and engineering reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company and quality management requirements.
• Support product validation and engineering change processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate sample development activities with the Production, Quality Control, and Sales teams.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful product development and implementation.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
