LTP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the engineering, manufacturing, and project execution of custom machinery, batching plants, precast moulds, and metal fabrication solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve mechanical products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate technical specifications and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure successful project execution.
• Investigate equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare engineering calculations, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical services at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and company engineering procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, machinery manufacturing, or heavy engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, machining, and industrial equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
