Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
• Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Follow up with new and existing patients regarding appointments and treatments.
• Provide accurate information about MenCare Clinic's services, treatments, and promotions (training provided).
• Ensure all enquiries are handled in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Update and maintain customer records in the clinic system.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient scheduling.
• Escalate complex medical enquiries to the appropriate doctor when required.
• Monitor and respond to WhatsApp messages within the required response time.
• Support daily administrative and customer service operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma is an advantage).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, or clinic operations is an advantage.
