What You’ll Do:

Maintain IT equipment and perform preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and general IT issues.

Manage information security protocols to keep data safe.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot call center network infrastructure – LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.

Ensure seamless internet connectivity and uninterrupted telephony services.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum IT-related degree.

Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and VoIP systems.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
