We are looking for an Operations Manager, to lead a high-performing warehouse operation, overseeing strategic planning, customer engagement, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. As the Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive site performance by optimizing workflows, resource utilization, facility layout, and warehouse automation initiatives.
- Manage operational budgets, P&L performance, and cost optimization while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the key operational partner for business reviews, contract renewals, and business growth opportunities.
- Champion Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and capacity forecasting to support business growth and operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, MOM guidelines, SCDF requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze operational performance through KPIs and business dashboards to drive informed decision-making and strategic improvements.
- Present operational performance and business insights to customers and senior leadership through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and management meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of managerial experience within the contract logistics or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budget planning, and operational leadership.
- Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer relationships, contracts, SLAs, and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business performance through people, process improvement, and innovation.
