What You’ll Be Working On
General Responsibilities
- Prepare functional design and deliverables like prototype, functional specifications, user flows, test plans and user guides
- Involve in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development to System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities and post-production support
- Manage various aspects of software development, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products and projects meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients
- Analyze and identify issues, and provide business logic recommendations and solutions that are aligned with the business goals
- Manage stakeholders’ and clients’ expectations on project delivery date and change requests
- Facilitating daily huddles, project meetings and presentations to stakeholders and clients
Mid/Senior Business Analyst
- All of the above
- Lead product and project delivery of medium to high complexity, especially those that require cross-functional coordination
- Review the work of other Business Analysts and provide coaching to teammates to ensure standards and quality are achieved
- Assists in providing effort estimates for project related tasks.

- Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science of related field
- For junior, minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
Mid/Senior Business Analyst
- All of the above
- Leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player, results-driven, ability to coach, etc. The list goes on for what makes a great leader. You demonstrate these traits both inside and outside of work.
- Experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in software project implementation and related fields. Professional experience in banking and/or insurance is a plus point.
