Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site operations for geotechnical works, including Recharge well and relief well drilling & installation, Soil nailing & Shotcreting WorksGround / slope stabilisation works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of works
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on technical and site matters
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and submit Daily/Weekly progress reports, Work Method Statements, RA/SWP and technical submissions, Work / Claim summaries
- Identify and resolve site issues, providing practical engineering solutions
- Assist in planning, resource allocation, and cost control for assigned projects
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 of relevant experience in geotechnical or ground engineering works
- Strong understanding of site execution and construction methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Familiar with local regulations and safety requirements (preferred)
- Basic Auocad background
- Local experience (SG) would be beneficial.
Candidates with relevant geotechnical experience will be preferred; however, applicants with a background in general civil engineering works and a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
