Location: Central
5 day work week / Office hours
3 months  contract (renewable)
Salary : $11 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications
Performs proper patient check in accurately and discharge them timely based on orders
Assist with appointment call reminders
Assist with scheduling of appointments
Manage patient’s bill – Medisave / PMI verification
Ensures that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely         
Ensures general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained
Ensures safe handling of patients’ privacy and data confidentiality
Performs other duties as assigned



Job Requirements

Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.
Candidates with 1 year of customer service experiences
