Job Summary
You will perform journey-level installation, testing, and troubleshooting of panel solutions for building automation, process industry, and railway sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, install, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, components, and instrumentation to ensure system functionality
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals to determine work procedures and resolve issues effectively
- Plan and execute layouts and installations of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment compliant with local codes and guidelines
- Use measuring devices, testing equipment, and power tools correctly to maintain safety and accuracy
- Maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts to support uninterrupted work progress
- Deliver quality work within set timeframes while adhering to safety regulations
- Assist and supervise junior technicians to regulate and administer their duties and responsibilities
- Conduct routine 5S housekeeping at workshops and onsite work areas to maintain organization and safety
Required competencies and certifications
- ITE/NiTech/Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installation and panel wiring work
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to maintain high accuracy in installing and troubleshooting panel solutions
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or pneumatic systems
- Strong time management and stress management skills
