Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensure smooth kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen staff.
• Ensure kitchen operations run efficiently and according to company standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating kitchen manpower as required.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational goals.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
