Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team to provide essential IT operational support for advanced systems. This role offers a chance to enhance your skills in cloud technologies and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT operational support primarily for energy trading and risk management systems and associated business applications.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and Azure infrastructure engineers to ensure seamless system operations.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners on projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, including monthly service reports, incident documentation, and security log reviews.
• Engage in IT audits, supporting compliance reviews and evidence collection.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure SQL databases, ensuring smooth performance and monitoring.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to swiftly address and resolve technical issues.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for system performance and operational process improvements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and report on any issues that arise during testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Openness to learning new technologies and business processes.
