About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the delivery of digital products for Singapore Government projects. This role requires someone with strong project management and business analysis experience who can work closely with product, engineering and stakeholders to drive successful product delivery from planning through post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital products, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Work closely with Product Managers, designers and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate system, user acceptance and security testing prior to production release.
• Support product launches through user engagement, training and adoption initiatives.
• Monitor post-release issues, coordinate bug resolution and drive continuous product improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes and technical documentation where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience delivering Singapore Government digital or IT projects is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of digital products or systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent business requirements gathering, documentation and process analysis skills.
• Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently while driving projects to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis certifications.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools such as Balsamiq.
