任职资格

  • LAM Part II qualification. 
  • 2–5 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (Enscape/Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage). 
  • Good understanding of Malaysian building regulations and construction detailing. 
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. 
  • Passionate about thoughtful residential architecture and quality design. 

岗位职责

  • Lead residential and boutique commercial projects from design development through construction. 
  • Develop creative design solutions aligned with NOT Architecture's design philosophy. 
  • Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications and presentation materials. 
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities. 
  • Coordinate authority submissions and approvals. 
  • Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. 
  • Ensure project quality, timelines and deliverables are achieved. 
  • Mentor Assistant Architects and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
