Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Executives in managing client projects and day-to-day communications
• Attend client meetings and take meeting notes with action items
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, video creators, and paid advertising specialists
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, proposals, and reports
• Follow up with clients regarding feedback, approvals, and required materials
• Organise project documents, creative assets, and client files
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting
• Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships
• Can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Familiar with Google Workspace
• Bonus: experience coordinating school projects, events, or clubs
• Bonus: excellent presentation skills
• Bonus: familiar with Trello or other project management tools
• Bonus: understands basic digital marketing and social media platforms
• Can communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia in addition to English

Pixelmites Digital, a creative marketing, content production and performance advertising agency in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an Account Executive Intern to act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team. The intern will support project coordination, client communications, campaign planning and execution across a 3–6 month internship.
