Business Analyst - Modern ERP

Location: Singapore

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week in office)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Modern ERP to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role is a unique blend of Delivery Support (50%) and Business Process Modelling (50%), requiring strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), BPMN modelling, and SAP Signavio.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and global delivery teams to improve business processes, maintain delivery visibility, and support key program milestones.

Note: This role requires participation in one night call per week to support joint Pacific and Atlantic stand-up meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Support (50%)

• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) work items, ensuring they comply with established standards and governance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance ADO dashboards to provide accurate delivery visibility.
• Create reusable ADO query templates for wider team usage.
• Generate reports and provide ad hoc analytical support to the Delivery Manager.
• Ensure delivery data is accurate and dashboards reflect project progress effectively.

Business Process Modelling (50%)

• Gather and analyse business process requirements by working with stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors.
• Ask the right questions to understand current processes, including exceptions, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, standards-compliant BPMN process models using SAP Signavio.
• Validate process flows with business owners, ensuring correct sequence logic, decision points, gateways, roles, and handoffs.
• Support the Global Process Owner (GPO) core team in analysing and coordinating key program milestones.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis using Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare high-quality business documentation, including process documentation, analysis reports, and supporting materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including:
• Work item management
• Queries
• Dashboards
• Reporting
• Solid understanding of BPMN modelling standards and business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio or similar BPMN modelling tools.
• Experience in Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools for data cleansing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to structure complex business problems and present clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with global stakeholders, including SAP, Accenture, business users, and other external vendors.
• Experience working on ERP transformation or enterprise process improvement projects is highly preferred.
