Role Description The Executive Wealth Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position is responsible for providing holistic financial advisory services, including assessing client needs, developing tailored wealth strategies, and offering ongoing portfolio reviews. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting financial and retirement needs analyses, recommending suitable investment and protection solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Executive Wealth Advisor will also support business development activities, participate in training and mentoring programs, and collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality wealth management services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning to design comprehensive, long-term client strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investments and Wealth Management Services to recommend appropriate solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
• Candidates should possess a good foundation in Finance to interpret financial data, market trends, and product features.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFP or equivalent) and applicable regulatory licenses are an advantage.
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of integrity are essential.
• Proven ability to work towards targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-focused environment.
