ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially minded digital analytics professional who can connect business needs, analytical solutions, and stakeholder decisions.
Working with Analytics Managers and Data Solution, you will support the delivery of recurring analytics and AI-enabled workflows across Emerging Markets. You will understand the business context, validate outputs, identify improvement opportunities, support rollout, and translate analytical results into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ensure recurring analytics workflows deliver accurate, relevant, and decision-ready outputs.
- Improve workflow quality, efficiency, and adoption through ongoing validation and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate insights clearly and confidently to support commercial decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING
- Understand business priorities, analytical requirements, and success measures.
- Work with eCommerce, Marketing, Product, CRM, Merchandising, and Data teams to clarify business needs.
- Connect analytical outputs to traffic, customer journey, conversion, and commercial performance.
WORKFLOW DELIVERY AND VALIDATION
- Support the implementation of analytics and AI-enabled workflows designed by Analytics Managers.
- Partner with Data Engineering to clarify requirements, test solutions, and resolve issues.
- Validate recurring outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business usability.
- Review workflow performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
ROLLOUT AND ADOPTION
- Support the rollout of new analytics capabilities across markets and stakeholder teams.
- Gather feedback, track adoption, and recommend enhancements.
- Develop clear documentation and guidance to support consistent usage.
INSIGHTS AND COMMUNICATION
- Analyse web and app performance across traffic, engagement, customer journey, and conversion.
- Summarise recurring outputs into clear insights, implications, and recommended actions.
- Prepare executive-ready materials and present confidently to working teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support performance reviews, commercial planning, and investment decisions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Intelligence, or eCommerce Analytics.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication, presentation, and data-storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital customer journeys, traffic acquisition, funnel performance, and conversion optimisation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analysis to commercial priorities.
- Ability to work across business and technical teams and manage feedback constructively.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python to review analytical logic, validate outputs, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Experience with data validation, UAT, recurring reporting, or workflow quality assurance.
- Experience using BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Google Analytics 4.
- Exposure to Generative AI, AI-assisted analytics, or workflow automation.
- Experience with Databricks, Git, APIs, or cloud-based data environments.
- eCommerce, digital marketing, or mobile app analytics experience.
