Role Summary

Owns and drives TRAPO's B2B channel sales operation, generating direct revenue through a nationwide dealer and agent network across major automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow TRAPO's B2B channel covering 200+ dealer partners and 3,000+ agents nationwide.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across automotive brands
• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and account management for dealer and agent partners.
• Lead a team of Business Development Executives, setting targets, coaching, and driving performance.
• Design and roll out channel programmes (agent referral schemes, dealer GTM rollouts, JV hubs, rewards campaigns).
• Structure commercial terms, pricing, and bulk-order agreements with dealer partners.
• Maintain B2B operational infrastructure — SOPs, process flows, pricing verification, and reporting.
• Manage strategic partnerships and joint ventures (e.g. co-located dealership hubs).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, operations, CS, and finance to support channel growth.

Requirements (for replacement)

• 5+ years in B2B channel sales / business development, ideally automotive or related.
• Proven track record building and managing dealer/agent networks.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Team leadership experience.
• Comfortable with CRM, reporting, and process documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
