Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Engineering Manager in implementing engineering management systems and overseeing daily technical operations for assigned modules (SMT, DIP, Optics, Manufacturing Process, or New Product Introduction).
• Develop and implement technical solutions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement plans to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team through training, performance management, and talent development.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, PMC, and cross-functional teams to resolve production-related technical challenges.
• Support the introduction, installation, and validation of new equipment, processes, and products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, improve quality, and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in engineering within server PCBA or related electronic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, manufacturing processes, or electronic module production.
• Proven ability in team leadership, technical troubleshooting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment in Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Strong execution skills, problem-solving ability, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
