Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution to successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, scope, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports, governance updates, and project reviews.
• Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring proper version control, compliance, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and resolving project issues.
• Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, billing milestones, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support project team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
