Location: Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM1,800–RM2,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Internship

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Baker / Cake Production Assistant to join our cake business in Taman OUG. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, and interns are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, assemble and finish cakes according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Check daily customer orders and ensure all order details are correct.
• Prepare personalised messages and other customer requirements.
• Pack cakes securely for delivery or customer collection.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries with drivers.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor ingredients and inform management when stock needs to be replenished.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with other bakery and kitchen duties when required.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Previous baking or cake-making experience is preferred but not essential.
• Training can be provided to suitable candidates.
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
• Experience in cake decorating is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates, students and interns are welcome to apply.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Full-time working hours: 45 hours per week.
• Part-time working arrangements can be discussed.
• Monthly salary: RM1,800–RM2,500, depending on experience and ability.
