WE ARE HIRING: Customer Service Professional (Hotlink Campaign)

Location: Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral (Direct access via MRT/LRT)

Your Role

• Handle inbound calls for customer inquiries & complaints (Hotlink Prepaid)
• Perform cross-selling & upgrades (Prepaid → Postpaid)
• Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 (RM2,100 upon confirmation)
• RM200 (KPI-based)
• RM300 (Attendance)
• Shift Allowance: RM10 per shift (after 10PM)
• Performance Incentives (Sales-based)
• Language Allowance: RM300 (Mandarin speakers)
• Up-selling Commission: Up to RM1,000
• Stay-On Bonus: RM600 (after 6 months, T&C apply)
• Working Hours (Rotational Shift)
• Monday – Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)

AM Shifts:

8AM – 5PM | 9AM – 6PM | 10AM – 7PM

11AM – 8PM | 12PM – 9PM

PM Shifts (CURRENTLY HIRING):

1PM – 10PM | 2PM – 11PM | 3PM – 12AM
