MRKB Bookstores is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry & Inventory Assistant to join our team. We are seeking candidates who are organized, efficient, and able to handle data management and stock coordination accurately in a retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Input and update data accurately into company systems
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and databases
• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery orders
• Assist in stock arrangement and inventory management
• Monitor and update inventory records to ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure product and pricing information is updated correctly
• Check and verify data for errors or missing information
• Prepare basic reports when required
• Coordinate with retail and warehouse teams
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in data entry, inventory, or administration is an advantage
