The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions by assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating training initiatives, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting overall employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to core HR practices in a dynamic environment.
Job Descriptions
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment spreadsheets.
- Draft and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms.
- Assist in onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters and documents.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal training programs and workshops.
- Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Track employee participation and maintain training attendance records.
- Gather feedback from training programs and assist in analyzing results.
- Help update the L&D calendar and assist in organizing learning events.
General HR Support
- Maintain HR files, documents, and employee records.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR communications.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in HR,
- Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
