This position operates on a results-oriented, target-based model with a guaranteed fixed monthly salary. Your primary objective is to lead the team efficiently and ensure all scheduled maintenance is finished exactly as planned. We value efficiency—once your monthly targets are successfully met and quality-checked to the client's satisfaction, you will have the autonomy and freedom to manage your remaining time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Execution: Coordinate and execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) at the client site alongside your provided technician team, ensuring all tasks are finished precisely as planned and within the agreed timeline.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee and troubleshoot major industrial HVAC systems, including Centrifugal Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHU/MAU, and VRF systems.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized testing (e.g., NEBB Cleanroom Performance Testing) to ensure their work integrates smoothly with the overall maintenance schedule.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate digital Service & Diagnostic Reports to the client's facility management team upon the completion of your targets.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all maintenance work is executed to the highest quality, strictly complying with site safety standards and OEM factory guidelines.
